*Zulpgulp.com pays $20 once weekly to the user who's picture or video (aka "Zulp") receives the most votes. Zulp submissions received between 12:00:00pm Friday & 11:59:59am the following Friday will be announced on the Gulplist by 5:00:00pm each Friday. Payments are made within 48hrs. 

A valid paypal account email address is required to receive payment.
